Description of nylon cable tie machines
1. Automatic cable tie installing machine consists of the host, vibration bowl and cable tie gun.
2. It is made by structural steel, steel alloy or other metal. It is durable.
3. The cable tie gun is fixed in the table or assembly line and triggered by foot pedal.
4. Using with nylon cable ties T25100, width 2.5*length100mm.
5. Handler could adjust the tension forces through turning a knob in the zip tie gun.
6. The waste of nylon cable ties can be collected into a box.
7. Bundle cycle time: 0.9S per cable tie
8. When handler treads foot pedal, nylon zip ties would be transferred to tie gun, then wrapped, tightened and cut off.
